Prevention Policy

Our internal team and manufacturing partners are among the many heroes of the COVID-19 crisis. Whether it's the cut-n-sew production of our collection to fulfilling orders, and everything in between, nothing is more important to us than making sure everyone's health is protected. Because our number #1 priority is the safety of our workers and team, it has resulted in a delay in production times. We appreciate your patience during this time.


Please feel free to get in touch with us with any questions regarding your order(s). We will do our best to respond within a 24-48 hour period.

Your Order(s) and Delivery Time Period

On behalf of the UPRISERS and #HATEISAVIRUS team, we'd like to give you a friendly update on your order(s). Production is almost finished and we're working closely with the postal service to meet our goals for end of April shipment (with a few exceptions).


Orders that are mixed with pre-orders and in-stock items might ship in different shipments. Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, Fedex, DHL).


*Our scheduled shipments goes out every Tuesday and Thursday. Please allow extra time for delivery as we have seen delays in shipping carriers timeline. This is out of our control once it leaves the facility.

Pre-orders = ZERO WASTE*

Zero Waste

All Pre-Orders means ZERO WASTE. We embrace this concept to rethink systems and debunk accepted "truths" about consumption and convenience.


At the beginning of this year, Uprisers committed to manufacturing not only in the USA* but locally with LA partners who value sustainable practices. Our branded products** are custom, some made from recycled cotton and our dyeing system allows us to consume 7x less water than (non-blue sign compliance manufactures). That means we save more than 20 million gallons of water a WEEK.

Delivery Time Period

Our delivery time period varies per drop / collab. If an item is in-stock, our shipments go out every Tuesday and Thursday of the week. This can take between 1—3 days from purchase to begin its fulfillment process, a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking #. Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier selected during checkout to resolve delivery issues.


IMPORTANT: Before ordering, please make note whether your item is in pre-order. These items tend to take at least 2-3 weeks from the day pre-orders close. Orders that are mixed with pre-orders and in-stock items might ship in different shipments. Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, Fedex, DHL).


UPDATE: 04.30.20: Please allow a few extra days before shipment as our postal carriers are experiencing delays. Our scheduled shipments goes out every Tuesday and Thursday.
