Our current return policy lasts 14 days from delivery confirmation and must arrive back to us 21 days from the original shipment date. We gladly cover your shipping cost to ensure your entire process is easy. A $11.95 restocking fee will be applied per package received* Please note, due to rising costs of shipping, the cost for a return label will also account to your total refund* This accounts for the time it takes for our team member to go through the return process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it with the original tags. Eligible returns include wrong shipping item, and damages (photo proof may be required). The total amount returned to your original form of paymentwill be processed minus the shipping cost equivalent to the label we will process for you. A restocking fee will not be appliedif there was an error on our part (ie. wrong item, size, damaged piece). Please note that once we receive the returned items, we will be verifying damage claims before we will process the refund.

Once we receive the returned items, we will be checking for any damages before we will process the exchange. A restocking fee will not be applied if there was an error on our part (ie. wrong item, size, damaged piece). Shipping your returns: A shipping label will be provided. Please do not use your own label to make a return. Contact us to begin your return and/or exchange request. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response from our customer service.

We currently do not accept international returns/exchanges due to shipping cost unless a customer agrees to cover shipping costs for any reshipments or exchanges. For any returns, shipping cost still applies in addition to a 15% restocking fee. 

USPS:  7—21 business days. 

FEDEX / UPS: 3—7 business days. 

Additional charges (i.e. taxes and/or import fees) may apply to your order when you have it shipped outside the U.S. Please keep in mind that UPRISERS do not collect this beforehand and we are not responsible for any other costs associated. We cannot give you an estimate of the cost because it varies widely around the world. Feel free to reach out to us for any additional questions!

Gift cards.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.  Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. Refunds (if applicable):
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us (below). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. IMPORTANT: *If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
