Asia Jackson x UPRISERS

Asia Jackson is a Black and Indigenous Filipino creator, actor, and new founder of @sknfluencr – an online editorial platform exploring fashion + beauty at the intersection of race, identity, and culture.
She is a pioneer when it comes to championing dismantling colorism and is a vocal advocate for a "you can't tell me who I am" message. She coined the movement #MagandangMorenx, which translates to "beautiful brown skin," dedicated to challenging the traditionally beauty standards within mainstream Filipino media.
UPRISERS launched Asia's first collection in 2019 #Magandangmorenx.
