Here’s a few important things to remember.

As we refreshed news sites and social media platforms on Friday, June 24th, we stared in utter shock and disbelief at the reality unfolding in front of us – wholly depleted of words. Trying to encapsulate the monstrous and momentous day the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade is near hopeless, an impossible task. But one take away is true: they messed with the wrong generation.

Somehow, in any capacity, we will fight. And we've already started: marched through city streets, raised our voices and activated movements on social media. We may not have had full control of the events leading to this musty decision, but we’re prepared to give everything we can to take a stand, support and defend our human rights moving forward.

It doesn’t matter how much it scares them to think of us all as equals. We are not second class citizens.
