Introducing UPRISERS Neighborhood: Part Streetwear, Part Event – All Community

by UPRS Team

This is our vision to go beyond digital presence. UPRISERS Neighborhood is the intersection of design and community. Driven by a shared purpose to connect and grow, we reimagine the possibilities of collective work within creative spaces through collaborative drops, IRL experiences, and impactful content.

Where creatives and neighbors collaborate to do cool sh*t.

We’ve been around the block when it comes to hosting community events inspired by stories and design. And let’s just say, as we’re routinely challenging ourselves, this is just the beginning.

So, here’s a few more IRL events we’re hosting and want you there! Because, if we’re being honest, there’s a guiltless excitement when your summer weekend plans are stacked. Mhm, we get it.

August 13 | Family Market in Arts District, DTLA

And this one is a special one. We’re celebrating the launch of Hate Is A Virus podcast “Real Talk: Unfiltered.” On the show, they dive deep into the experiences of trusted leaders in the Asian American and Pacific Islander community.

August 20 - 21 | Nisei Week in Little Tokyo, LA

(UPRISERS x Changing Tides Paint Party, Nisei Week📍Little Tokyo, LA)

Continuing our partnership with Changing Tides and caring for our mental wellbeing, we're hosting a paint party with Kindness Rocks and Watering Cans as part of the 80th Nisei Week Japanese Festival.

August 27 | First Ever IRL Market by MA®️KET

Our friends at MA®️KET are hosting a market event centered around community. And your fav community-focused streetwear brand will be there – UPRISERS! Grab a drink, eat good food and let your heart do the smiley emoji at our booth.

August 28 | Upcycling with Rewilder at ROW, DTLA

Happening at ShopifyLA, we invite you on our journey towards a slower, more meaningful fashion cycle. We’ve partnered with Rewilder and With Vivid Color to demonstrate how upcycling can build a regenerative fashion system by using what we already have: too many t-shirts. Just for you, watch a LIVE cut + sew of TEE2.0!

Creatives and neighbors, something you vibe with?
